We offer ONLINE REGISTRATION! Here's how it works:
Once registration opens, you'll be able to individually register for each class desired. Once a class is full, you will see “Waiting List” next to the class title. If you register for a full class, you will be placed on a waiting list and will be contacted on a first come first serve basis as soon as a space is available.
We ask that you first click on the “Conduct Policies” button and read our policies thoroughly before registering for our classes. If you agree to all of our policies, then you can simply click the “Online Registration” button to complete the registration process. For each student, you will fill out the required fields and submit each form. Then, the final step is to click the “Release Form” button and print off one release form for EACH student registered (to be brought to the parent meeting). One release form is all you’ll need for each student, no matter how many classes he/she takes.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
First, registration is a crazy, busy time, so please be patient in awaiting our email reply. We will respond as quickly as possible, but will have an enormous amount of applicants to respond to during that time. We'll respond to the registration submissions in the order they are received.
Once your registration is confirmed, you will need to come back to the website and click on the “Payments” subpage to pay your NON-REFUNDABLE Registration/Family Fee of $50.00. Your spot is not secured until this fee is paid, and your registration will be dropped if the payment is not made within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email. Thank you for your understanding in this, as we always have many classes that are full with a waiting list.
Secondly, you will click the "Release Form" button above and download this form. Print a separate form for each student you'd like to register. Turn this form in at our orientation meeting or the first day of classes. STUDENTS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES WITHOUT A CURRENT RELEASE FORM ON FILE!
in your confirmation email will be important information about the parent meeting. This meeting will be held BEFORE fall classes begin! This will be for RETURNING families as well as NEW families, as some of our policies are changing. We want everyone to be fully aware, so that our community is as informed as possible!
