Tuition and Other Fees / Financial Policies:
We are homeschoolers. We know what it's like to operate on a tight family budget. We will always do our best to keep our tuition and fees as reasonable as possible. For this semester, our tuition remains at $30.00 per class, per month. Some classes might have supply or equipment fees, which will be stated within the class descriptions.
Students must pay the full monthly tuition, regardless of whether they are able to attend class each week of the month or not. Our costs remain the same whether the students are absent or present.
Tuition is due on the first Tuesday of each month. If you need to pay tuition the following week, please communicate with us. We will work with you. Communication is the key! Also, if your family experiences a temporary hardship, payment arrangements may be available. Don't drop out of classes for financial reasons before talking with us first. Our goal is to serve your family!
Fee for returned checks is $15.00. Families who have more than two checks returned will be asked to pay tuition in cash from that point forward.
Lastly, in the past we have offered discounted tuition for the months that have less than four weeks of classes (i.e. due to Spring Break in March and Christmas Break in December). We have chosen to eliminate this discount instead of raising tuition for this year. Tuition will be $30.00 per class, per month for every month we are in session.
