REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Registration Procedure

We prefer to do all registrations via e-mail.  Please use the e-mail address listed within each class description.  This e-mail address is our main address, which will enable you to communicate with us during registration and after classes have started.  If you are unable to complete registration via e-mail, we will work with you however we can.

THE PROCESS:  (when it works as planned!)

1)  You send us an e-mail requesting a spot in a class.  Please include the prospective student's name, age and grade.  If registration is desired for more than one student, please include this information for each student.

2)  We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.  If you don't hear back from us within 48 hours, we probably did not get your e-mail.  Please try once more.  If the class you are requesting is full, we will tell you at that time.  We update the website as the classes get full or near full.  Keep checking back regularly!  Returning families will have priority in registration.

3)  You will need to send us one final e-mail to confirm that you are still wanting the spot(s) requested.  At that point, your registration is confirmed, and we will soon e-mail you all of the registration documents.

4)  Please bring the completed forms and the initial tuition payment with you to the first class.
